  1. How much are shipping costs?
    Shipping costs €8 for Italy and €28 for the rest of the world. The Foundation uses DHL as its courier.
  2. How long does delivery take?
    In Italy, apart from the islands, delivery takes 24/48h. In the United States, it is generally within 72h.
  3. How does delivery take place and what happens if no one is home?
    In the case that the recipient is not home, a notice of deposit is left by the couriers detailing how to collect your goods.
  4. Is it possible to make a return?
    No, it is not possible to make a return, as your kind contribution is a donation.
